QUESTION: WHEN WILL QUICKEN/QUICKBOOKS BE AVAIALBE FOR DOWNLOAD?
Answer: CNB expects the service interruption for Quicken/QuickBooks downloads to be restored on or about November 18th. At this time, customers will have access to download all bank transactions to their preferred Quicken or QuickBooks software. All previously downloaded transactions will be retained and the download will pick up transactions that have occurred since your last download. If you are using Quicken/QuickBooks Express Web Connect your connection will be restored on or about November 30th. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service for our customers.

QUESTION: CAN I CHOOSE THE DELIVERY METHOD OF MY BILL PAY ITEM?
Answer: No. Bill pay doesn’t give the customer a choice in how their payment is delivered. Payments can be delivered via electronic transfer or by paper check. When setting up a bill pay item, pay special attention to the delivery date options. The first date available in your selection field is the first date that the payment is guaranteed to be onsite with your biller.

QUESTION: WILL I CONTINUE TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY BANK TRANSACTIONS TO QUICKEN/QUICKBOOKS?
Answer: At this time we plan to keep this service available to customers. However, you may be asked to update your QuickBooks/Quicken software to the latest version.

QUESTION: WILL MY DEBIT CARD CONTINUE TO WORK?
Answer: Yes! There will be no changes to your already issued CNB debit card.

QUESTION: WILL I NEED TO LOGIN TO ONLINE BANKING BEFORE I USE THE CNB MOBILE APPLICATION?
Answer: Yes! You will be required to login to online banking before you can launch the new CNB mobile application. From the online banking platform you will be prompted to launch the new mobile app.

QUESTION: WILL MY ONLINE BANKING CHANGE?
Answer: Your online banking username will NOT change. You will be required to reset your password on the updated online banking platform on October 26th 2020. Additional Information

QUESTION: WILL MY MOBILE BANKING CHANGE?
Answer: Yes, your CNB mobile application will require you to uninstall your old CNB app and download the new app on October 26th. Once you login to your online banking for the first time you will be prompted to update the mobile app.

QUESTION: DOES CNB GENERATE TEXT MESSAGES?
Answer: Yes, debit card customers will receive an enrollment text message from our Fraud Center on November 2, 2020. CNB’s fraud center will contact you via text if we believe there are charges on your debit card that do not fit your normal spending pattern, or if we believe them to be suspect for any other reason.

Answer: The following features will be available in the updated CNB mobile app

QUESTION: WIL MY BILL PAY PAYEES TRANSFER TO THE UPDATED SYSTEM?
Answer: Yes, the majority of all established bill pay payees will transfer over without any action on your part. We do suggest downloading all bill pay history including payee information prior to October 22 for your own piece of mind.

QUESTION: WILL MY STATEMENTS CHANGE?
Answer: You will receive your October 2020 statement early. We will begin processing statements for the month of October on the 23rd. Your November statement will be processed as normal at the end of the month.Statements may look different, but you can still expect to receive your statements, delivered by your preferred method (mail or e-statement) at the expected time each month starting November 2020.

QUESTION: WILL THERE BE CHANGES TO THE CNB TELEPHONE BANKING SYSTEM?
Answer: No, you will continue to use the same phone number, 888-231-4262, to access your account by phone. You may be asked to re-enter information to verify your identity the first time you call.

QUESTION: WILL CNB ATMS BE ACCESSIBLE OVER THE WEEKEND OF OCT. 24-25TH?
Answer: CNB will have limited ATM availability this weekend. The ATMs located outside of the Castroville and Lytle branches along with the ATM on HWY 90 near Family Dollar in Hondo and CNB ATM located in Devine will all be open this weekend.

QUESTION: WILL CNB BREEZE BANKING® DRIVE THRU SERVICE BE AVAILABLE OCT. 23RD-25TH?
Answer: All CNB Breeze Banking® Drive Thru services will close early at 5PM on Friday, October 23rd. They will remain closed over the weekend and will reopen on Monday, October 26th.

QUESTION: WILL I BE CHARGED ATM TRANSACTION FEES IF I USE MY CNB DEBIT CARD AT ANOTHER ATM THE WEEKEND OF OCT. 24TH-25TH?
Answer: If you are unable to access your account via one of the available CNB ATMs on Oct 24th – 25th and are charged a fee to use a foreign ATM, please reach out to your local CNB branch and we will refund this foreign transaction fee. ** This fee refund ONLY applies to transactions conducted on October 24th and 25th 2020.

WILL THERE BE CHANGES TO THE CNB $MART APP?
Answer: Yes, the CNB $MART App® will be changing. If you are an active user, CNB recommends that you download your most recent CNB $MART App® transaction data for your records. This can be done from the transactions page. Contact your local CNB office if you need assistance with this. The new version of CNB $Mart will be listed under the “Budgets” tool within the new online banking platform.
